Day of the sale, great friendly folks. First day I wore my 360 Dollar hat in the rain, my white shirt collar was blue. The hat looked black. I know $360 for a good hat is cheap. But , the hat was cheaper than I thought. Called the store thinking that I would get a employee that would be a little concerned. Not so, he said that had never happened before. And that was that. Friendly, helpful folks. BUT, CHEAP MATERIAL. So decide upfront, do you want Friends or a good hat. Now my hat friends are still in Ft Worth and me and my poor quality hat are home in Arkansas.

Great quality of hats. Expect to spend big bucks, they start at 5hundred. Hubby's hat cost twenty-two hundred. They shape and form at the store. Great guys!

I ordered a hat off of the website on Tuesday. It shipped from Ft. Worth and showed up at my door in Wichita, Kansas Wednesday afternoon. I put in the order for a certain shape on the crown and a certain shape on the brim. I was thinking that I would have to rework the shape at least a little bit when it arrived. I was wrong the hat was perfectly shaped just like I wanted. I will definitely buy my hats from here from now on.

Out of this world customer service! We send a few of our friends here to find their first hats. We love the US made American Hat brand, and this store has so many to choose from. Our friends raved about the explanation on the hats and the shaping information they received. I knew Best Hat was the right recommendation and they continue to prove they are a cut above the rest. Positive Times!

Stop in the best hat store yesterday to re shape a couple American hats and I have really bad experience whit very bad customer service all the employees are mad always buy my hats there I buy two 500x and 1 1000x because has some most sizes and x but yesterday don’t have my size in silver belly also in steel. I drive 3 hours always like the experience to stop in the best hat store but yesterday was a bad day.

We drove 5+ hours to get here………..And i must say the drive was worth it. You cannot make a mistake coming here for your hat needs or just questions before you decide on what you want. We purchase two very nice Straw and 1 very nice Felt Hats and they were formed to perfection. I highly recommend that you drop in here before you purchase your hat! You wont be sorry you did. “Wanna be cowboys” need to learn that when you’re in costumer service you speak to women politely. I do not need to go into a hat store and feel degraded and humiliated once I get my hat shaped. I was raised in the south. Learn how to properly talk to women if you want to become a “cowboy”. Y’all are in costumer service, the costumer for the most part is right no matter man or woman. I live here and you couldn’t pay me to return to this hat store. If you’re looking for a hat go to the stockyards where you will at least be talked to with respect.

I ordered a hat and they shaped it, put the color of trim I requested on it, and shipped it that same day. It got to me a few days later and I was super happy with it. I’m very picky about my hats and how they are shaped but The Best Hat Store did an excellent job on this one! They will certainly be my go to for my straw hats!
